Event Décor Services Agreement

Booking Deposits & Contractual Obligation. The Client's event date is reserved by a non-refundable Date Lock Deposit equal to twenty percent (20%) of the total event cost, paid under the Client's Date Lock & Booking Confirmation. The booking is fully confirmed upon execution of this Agreement together with a Completion Payment of ten percent (10%) of the total event cost. Both payments are non-refundable and are credited toward the total balance. Execution of this Agreement by the Client constitutes a binding contractual obligation, and the Client shall be responsible for all payment obligations outlined herein, regardless of whether the Client subsequently elects to cancel. Outstanding Balance. The remaining balance is due no later than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the scheduled event date. Late Payment & Breach. Any payment not received by its due date shall incur a late fee of five percent (5%) per calendar day. If any payment is more than five (5) days overdue, the Company may deem the Agreement breached.

Strict No-Refund Policy. Once booked, Client cancellations do not entitle the Client to refunds or credits. "No refunds, no exceptions." If the Client cancels for any reason, all payments remain with the Company. Company Cancellations. The only circumstance in which the Company may offer a refund or credit is if the Company cancels without cause. Rescheduling. If the Client needs to change the date or services, the Client must request it in writing as early as possible. If no new date can be agreed, the booking is treated as a Client cancellation (no refund).

Event Access & Setup. The Client must ensure the venue provides the agreed access and sufficient setup time. If setup time is shortened, no refund or discount will be given. Care of Décor. The Client assumes responsibility and risk for any damage or injury related to the décor caused by the Client or guests. Damage Fees & Additional Costs. If accidental damage occurs, the Client may be billed for repair or replacement. Requests for extended hours must be approved in advance.

Technical Risks. Special effects are exciting but unpredictable. If a cold spark fountain, fog machine, or similar effect fails to fire exactly on cue, it is not a basis for a refund or credit. All clients inherently assume the risk of such malfunctions.

Respectful Behavior. Clients and their guests must treat Company personnel with courtesy. Any harassment, abuse, or dangerous behavior toward the team is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to pause or terminate service if staff are threatened or mistreated.

Equivalence Guarantee. The Company reserves the right to substitute an equivalent or better item of comparable value and style. As long as the overall look and quality remain consistent, such substitutions are not considered a breach. Under no circumstances will a substitution entitle the Client to cancel or receive a full refund.

No Chargebacks. All sales are final. The Client agrees not to initiate any chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute for services rendered. Any attempt to dispute a transaction will be treated as a material breach of this Agreement.

Binding Arbitration. Any dispute under this Agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration, not in court. A neutral arbitrator will decide any covered dispute, following AAA rules in New Jersey. No class actions or collective claims are permitted.

Our Designs. Sikandara retains ownership of all creative designs and décor concepts it creates. Event Photography. The Company may photograph or videotape the décor and setup at the event for its portfolio and marketing. The Client authorizes the Company to use photos/videos of the event (décor only) on its website, social media, and marketing materials.
